'The CHANG 1.7' model has capability to change our traditional educational system
Consider following cases:
1) Heavy weight bags on shoulder
Every day, students carry the books and notebooks as per schedule and because of this there is risk of backaches and hunchbacks (Refer 1 in Bibliography).
2) Students sees back of other fellow in traditional seating arrangement of classroom
3) Burden of homework
4) How to build a strong network?
One faces the challenge to build a strong network to face the real world.
5) How to do self-analysis?
Self-analysis is the ability to examine yourself to find how much progress you have made. It involves, what are my strengths; what are the obstacles etc.
6) What is importance of group learning?
The teachers must promote the activities in which students can learn from their friends.
7) Who is real competition in your life?
The students must be well aware of the fact, that real competition is competition with you, not with others.
'The CHANG 1.7' will give freedom to each child to think new ideas and that is the main purpose of education.
'The CHANG 1.7':
C: Classroom environment
H: Homework less
A: Analyzing self
N: Networking, How?
G: Group Learning
The seating arrangement and environment must be in such a way so that, learners see faces of each one present and there must be space to keep book/ notebooks in classroom to make the bags lighter or bag-less school.

Homework less: As learner who is in primary years today (2018) will step in real world (going for jobs, business etc.) 18 years ahead (2036), we must stop giving the homework in the schools so that we can train them for future, as we take zero homework for our home when going back from office.
Analyzing Self: In the fast growing world, the importance of analyzing self and how to move ahead in life should be taught.
Networking, How?: We are living in global village, we must train the skill of networking and how to do it, so that the learners can do it well, after passing the school.
Group Learning: Teaching to promote group learning, how to work in team, activities should be planned and this should be a part of the curriculum.
