A solar panel will be installed on the farmer field with the help of Privet Company. In this one-third surface area of farmland can be used for installation of solar panels and the minimum height of solar panels installed will be 3.5 meters to ensure that agricultural activity is not affected, so that all land will be available for farming. This will provide a source of additional earning to farmer starting from Rs. 1 lakh (Rs. 100,000/-) per year per acre with an annual increment of six percent (6%) to reach Rs. 4.04 lakh (Rs. 404,000/-) annually per acre of land in the 25th year. Besides increment in income, the farmer will also get 1,000 units of free electricity per acre from the solar plant annually.
It stated that six-acre of land will be required for the installation of 1 MW solar plant which could generate approximately 13 lakh units of electricity annually.
