The electrical waste, particularly batteries are dumped in rural areas. Managing of such waste becomes havoc. More over converting the waste into useful products is the common and general issue nowadays.Providing an economic solar panel is the expected market need. By the census of 2018 nearly 20,000 villages are not electrified to meet out the demand so they move to renewable resources. The traditional method of manufacturing solar panel is very costly, so it cannot be affordable for the common people. Hence the energy harvested through solar panel (renewable energy) is very less compared with any other sources.The interior part i.e. cathode & anode particles of the batteries remains are left unused. In food chain, the lead pollutes the cultivating lands and also ground water which leads to blindness of eye, kidney failure, brain tumour, genetic disorder. Hence the waste lead acid battery, which is dumped in rural area can be recycled into perovskite solar panel. When compared with the normal silicon based solar panel, the efficiency of the chemically made solar panel is high with very low cost when compared to silicon based solar panel.
