Today there are lots of challenges in the promotion of generic medicines which is must need of the society. We are coming with the concept of medicine management which surely gives results beyond expectation for solving many challenges in today’s health care system which is affordable to middle class and poor peoples as well. We are proud to tell you that we are the first in our country to start the work of medicine management and we are committed to our mission to bring our society one step up in the field of medicine literacy by using creativity and knowledge. Today educated or uneducated individual in developing counties like India facing issues of extra expenses on medication, unawareness of OTC treatments of seasonal health problems, they are in great need about basic medicines knowledge. Many medicine options available for doctors but no choice for patients which leads to too much dependency on doctors. Also medication wastage in houses because of unawareness and no medicine management. We conclude these as the current challenges in health care and found the perfect solution on all these challenges through medicine management. A golden opportunity for pharmacist to lead the health care. In today’s world of information and technology every individual is curious and conscious about own life. The develop countries moving towards self-care. But in developing country like India the health care system is concentrated in the hands of doctors to great extent which leads to many challenges today. On minute observations we found number of issues faced by every members in health care system which on proper analysis leads to a need of new and innovative work in the direction of Medicine Management which will help in making people literate about basic medicines.
