Healthcare and Traffic Control are the two major technology demanding sectors. Statistics voices out that, the rate of preventable deaths was 25.8% with delayed diagnosis and inappropriate medical management as its reasons. Also, National Institute of Emergency Medicine (NIEM) revealed more than 20 percent of patients, requiring immediate medical care died solemnly due to traffic delays from rural sectors. This in coordination occurs mainly due to miscommunication and improper manual synchronization. A parallel system of regulating traffic, alerting proximity hospitals regarding the medical requirements of the patient and information to the respective officials is the need of the hour. The amount of occupational stress of every person in the process i.e., ambulance driver, police, doctors, traffic controller is brought down and the efficiency at each level is strengthened.Implementation of this idea ensures smooth mobility of emergency services on road. An automated signal reduces human error and eliminates mishaps. The pre-requisites for the patient’s treatment can be prepared before handedly. The confusion regarding the location of accident is resolved to the police, as the alert sends the accident zone swith its geographical coordinates. The overall system shortens the complexity of time and promise to save a patient’s life in a faster way. This idea can also be collaborated with Fire stations for timely action, blood bank for delivering the needs and providing information to the police station. The prime innovation of the project is to develop a low cost, long range, completely automated communication system to address the accidents that happen in any rural area. It starts right from generation of shortest route to nearby hospital, to clearance of traffic signal in the stipulated path using LORA. The workload of an ambulance driver is reduced in terms of selecting the lane under the control of a traffic signal to an appropriate Clinic. Intimidation on the emergency is also sent to police stations and the selected clinic laterally. In case of unavailability of patient’s blood group is identified at the Clinic, the information is immediately sent to blood bank from the hospital after an automated response about the details of the patient is sent from the ambulance. The Long Range Radio(LoRa) is a new technology that provides a low power wide area network suitable for Rural Infrastructure development. LoRaWAN can be designed to control 1000s of end devices with a coverage range of about 15 Kms for each device.
