Humans and animals as well can get a full A to Z diagnosis report at diagnosis center, unlike plants. Due to the lack of proper diagnosis, inappropriate treatments are given to plants which finally leads to crop loss causing a huge annual monetary loss to the farmers. What if we design an algorithm which does a complete analysis of a plant and its condition from a snap of its leaves from your fingertips along with detection of “disease + pest” and prediction of any pest/disease attacks from the parameters above mentioned. The algorithm precisely predicts the chances of occurrence of any pest attacks or disease infections and alerts the farmer thereby preventing the collateral damage. The farmer has to just upload the crop images into the cloud. The back-end algorithm does complete analysis and sends a report to the farmer. Machine Learning is used for predicting the occurrence of pest/disease through decision-making tree. Artificial Neural Networks is used for detecting the presence of pests/diseases, the density of them, type and predicts damage of crop. The algorithm even gives corrective measure like what pesticides and fertilizers need to be sprayed in order to prevent the upcoming attacks and destroy present hosts in the crop. Hence, farmer need not invest any huge amount of money in this, in fact, this algorithm earns him to profit from his end crop. Since there is a huge demand for rising of food due to rise in population, any small damage to crop leads to huge monetary losses. Therefore, this can be preventing and bring profits to the farmers.
