Bullet-proof designs are used to protect the user from bullets fired at them. Various such vests are currently available and bullet-resistant against a specific level of threat. The protection is given by the composite material used to make the vest. Different types of composite materials can be used to obtain different properties and different levels of strength. While the material gives strength, the amount of material used also affects protection. The current focus on the market is to make vests with minimal weight and thickness. Next was explored the possibility of using a thickness, in which shy improved the rocket launcher AT4 design. It is mainly manufacture and design of acetal material. The reaction of the prepared composite based on the two different fibers was tested using a test run for the penetration test. The final results showed that the use of tissue reinforcement technique, especially Twaron, is much better when the last bullet-resistant shield has a lower number of layers. The aim of the project is to design the production full body from the shoot.
