Normally we do not use any special machine for boiling eggs or vegetables. In homes and hotels we simply boil the water and put the vegetables or eggs in it to boil, which increases the cost of fuel, time and labor. With the help of this invention we can easily boil the eggs and save time.
This invention relates to A MULTIPURPOSE ELECTRIC BOILER and more particularly this invention relates to a device for boiling eggs and vegetables with steam.
In the Prior art there are electric automatic egg boiler to boil four to six eggs by steam. The degree of hardness of the eggs being regulated by the quantity of water introduced. An egg boiler as disclosed in the above patent comprises a base of insulating material and two heating places separated one from the other protected by a porcelain plate. A funnel is provided at the top of the cover for filling water inside the container. The water closes the circuit between the heating plates so that the water is transformed into steams, whereby the eggs are boiled, which are place on a support provided in the vessel.
DISADVANTAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PRIOR ART:-
The main disadvantage associated with the prior art is the hardness of the egg is regulated through the quantity of water. Further, the number of eggs put in the boiler is four to six. Moreover, boiler mentioned in the prior art can be used only for boiling eggs and nothing else.
OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION:-
The main object of the present invention is to provide a novel MULTIPURPOSE ELECTRIC BOILER that obviates the disadvantages associated with prior art.
The next object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus, which is of light-weight construction and is very easy to handle and the construction thereof is simple.
Other object of this invention is to provide an apparatus that is useful for boiling eggs and vegetables in large quantities.
Another important object of the invention is to determine the hardness and softness of boiled item with the help of whistle.
Yet another object of the invention is to propose a process, which is very quick and energy saving and can be operated by a person of ordinary skill in the art.
The following description contains many specialties, these should not be construed as limitation on the scope of the invention, but rather as an exemplification of one preferred embodiment thereof. Many other variations are possible. Accordingly the scope of the inventions should not be limited to the embodiment illustrated; the alterations and variation may be treated within the spirit and the scope of this invention.
STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION:-
According to this invention there is provided A MULTIPURPOSE ELECTRIC BOILER comprising a vessel having an upper compartment adapted to be supported on a lower compartment provided for containing water therein, heating means being provided in said compartment for heating water, a perforated plate being provided in the lower portion of said upper compartment for holding eggs/vegetables thereon and facilitating passage of steam there through, a removable cover being provided non he top of said vessel.
PRINCIPLE OF THE INVENTION:-
Vapour/steam can boil the vegetable or eggs in less time compared to water, as vapour/steam is hotter than water.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:-
In accordance with this invention the MULTIPURPOSE ELECTRIC BOILER comprises a vessel having an upper compartment and a lower compartment with a removable cover having a mechanism to release excess steam on the top. The two compartments are separated with a perforated plate, which supply steam o the upper compartment from the lower compartment. The lower compartment is provided with an electric heating means. The electric heating means is connected to a plug point through a wire. The removable cover is having mechanism to release the excess pressure.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:-
A MULTIPURPOSE ELECTRIC BOILER to a preferred embodiment is herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawing wherein;

Referring to the drawing, FIGURE 1. A multipurpose electric boiler comprises a vessel “A” having an upper compartment “B” and lower compartment “C”. A perforated plate “D” is disposed in the lower portion of the upper compartment “B” for holding the vegetables or eggs. The perforated plate “D” (SEE FIGURE 2) facilitates the passage of the steam produced in the lower compartment “C” of the vessel “A”. A removable cover “E” is provided on the top of the compartment “B” for closing open mouth thereof. The removable cover has the means “F” to release the excess steam automatically as and when required. Heating means “G” are provided in the bottom portion of the lower compartment “C” for heating the water contained in the lower compartment “C”. Preferably the heating means are electric heating means “G” comprising a plurality of heating elements “H” disposed in an insulated plate “I” (SEE FIGURE 3) are adapted to be with the power supply source.
During the operation of the device the water is filled in the lower compartment “C” and the vegetables or eggs which are to be boiled, are placed on the perforated plates “D”. The vessel is closed with the removable cover “E”. The heating means “G” of the boiler are then connected to a power supply source by means of connecting wires. The number of pressure release determines the boiling of the contents.
Cover all the uncovered things outside the vessel.
The lid has to be tight and should be made of non-conducting materiel.
While using this device it has to be placed on the table, in order to avoid earth.
Don’t touch the vessel when it is on.
