Ingredients : Tamarind Rice Coriander
Method : First put on the pan. First pour oil In pan and put tamarind in water for 30 mins. Take that into pan and made it into paste. Next prepare the rice and cook it upton 90 percent . Then pour that rice in one bowl and add turmeric ,salt and oil in that rice. Next heat another pan and pour some oil and custard seeds, green chillis, chana dal, ground nuts and curry leaves . And turn off the stove. And add this to that rice. And now this receipe is ready
