India has the world’s largest youth population, with 354.4 million people aged between 15 and 29, representing a population share of 27 per cent (compared to 314.1 million and a share of 22.8 per cent in China). In order to reap the demographic dividend this offers, the education and skills of youth are vital so that they can maximize their productive contribution. Indian Labor market is highly dynamic. Also, the Industrial Revolution IV is set to bring huge changes in many sectors. A System can be designed to track the advancements in the skill/equipment required to carry out a job role. This will help us keep abreast with the continuously changing skill requirements in terms of technological advancements
