Use Location Intelligence and Geospatial data through GAGAN and the customers own GPS on smart-phones to triangulate their location with accuracy through the new application on android and IOS and using this:

  • Provide welcome message to customers
  • Provide them with a short summary of their travel – airline number, PNR, gate number, departure gate, arrival gate, where to get boarding pass etc.
  • Also schedule cross sell opportunities and loyalty points such as providing free Wi-Fi access/lounge access to returning customers.
